Women's Weekend of Wellness

In our modern
world we all exist with many demands upon us. Women often feel unsure
of their roles and/or juggle many roles.
As a result, many women find their stress levels rise, and both emotional
and physical health can become affected.
During this WWW our objective is to offer women exposure to a wide range of both information and opportunities to practice methods aimed at reducing stress levels… and ultimately regain a sense of peace and wellness within themselves.
With information and techniques learned and practiced at the WWW, we hope to empower women with an ability to make informed choices in managing their health and wellness at all stages of their lives.
We aim to deliver a 2-day opportunity to focus entirely on yourself.
Dates: 5:30 p.m. Friday 24th October until 3 p.m. Sunday 26th October
Session Topics and Activities will include:
- Stress: what it is, what it does, ways to control its effects.
- Aromatherapy: learn about it and experience its many uses.
- Henna Body Art: it’s historical significance and application
- Kinesiology
- Being female and being proud of it!
- Meditation and creative visualization to manage stress.
- Exercising creativity with fabric painting and decoration.
- Learning Belly dancing
- Simple, effective make-up and colour techniques.
- Ortho-bionomy, self-care, and breathing for relaxation.
- Manifesting- the power of positive thinking
Other Activities Included in the Price:
- 20-minute massage.
- Sunset Beach Walk and wish release.
- Daily Stretch /Breathing Group.
- Morning Meditations.
- Library of Complementary Health Books and Literature.
- Handouts relevant to all activities/sessions.
- All accommodation, meals, snacks, refreshments.
Cost: The total cost will be $390 per person. Payment plans are available at weekly or monthly intervals. By starting early, $20 per week will pay the workshop cost off in 4-5 months.
WWW Numbers will be limited to (20) women.
